Built around you.
Wakes up before you do.

I grew up working.

Before real estate, I was hauling traps on a lobster boat and running a grooming table — jobs that teach you results come from showing up and outworking everyone around you.

I brought that same mentality to real estate. When you hire me to list your home, you get someone who's on the phone early, running targeted ads late, and treating your sale like it's the only one that matters. Because to me, it is.

Then I hit a wall.

The same hustle that built the book started costing me. Mornings disappeared to inbox. CMAs took three hours. The pipeline lived in my head. I tried every CRM, every assistant, every "AI tool." None of them were built for the way I actually work.

So I built one.

It reads my inbox at 6:30. Scrubs the pipeline by 6:45. Has my call list ready by 7:15. The first hour of my day — the most valuable one — got handed back. The numbers above are what happened next.

Now I build them — one at a time — for operators who run on relationships and refuse to keep losing hours to the machine work.

Built For

From CEO to home inspector.
If your day is admin, this kills it.

The base system is the same — voice trained, inbox triaged, calendar coordinated, follow-up automated. What changes is the workflow we build it around. Six examples of what shows up on day 14.

CEO / Founder
"The day starts before I do — and I'm always playing catch-up."
What shows up
  • 6:30 brief — calendar, priorities, flagged decisions
  • Inbox sorted: act / FYI / archive
  • Drafted replies in your voice waiting in drafts
  • Sunday-night rollup of the week ahead
Top-Producing Realtor
"I close in front of clients. I drown in everything else."
What shows up
  • Pipeline brief at 6:30 — every deal, every status
  • CMA built in 20 minutes, not 3 hours
  • Call list with opening lines and last-touch dates
  • Showing follow-ups drafted automatically
Mortgage Broker / Lender
"I spend 20 minutes dispatching next steps after every call."
What shows up
  • Voice memo → summary + email-to-admin + CRM log
  • Document chase tracker — never lose a file again
  • Client status updates drafted weekly in your voice
  • Pipeline scrub before every Monday standup
Home Inspector
"I'm great in the basement. The admin is the second job I never wanted."
What shows up
  • Booking → calendar invite + prep checklist + invoice, auto-sent
  • Post-inspection email and report routing — done
  • Calendar conflicts surfaced before they bite
  • Realtor + buyer comms triaged into one thread
Financial Advisor / Wealth Manager
"200 clients. Real capacity for maybe 20 a week."
What shows up
  • Personalized weekly market notes — at scale, in your voice
  • Meeting prep brief delivered 30 min before each call
  • Touchpoint cadence enforced — no client falls quiet
  • Compliance-aware drafts waiting in review
Owner-Operator · Service Pro
"I started this to do the work. Now I just manage it."
What shows up
  • Insurance, attorney, contractor, dentist — same pattern, your version
  • Renewal and follow-up sequences in your voice
  • Invoice + scheduling + intake — handled
  • Your inbox triaged. Your hours, back.

The Methodology

The Operator Build.
Four phases. Fourteen days to live.

No retainer. No "platform." I architect, build, and hand off a custom system that lives inside your business — running on dedicated hardware in your office — not someone else's SaaS.

01
Diagnose
Days 1–3

Two working sessions. Map your week, your pipeline, your voice, your bottlenecks. You leave with a written Build Spec — yours to keep whether or not we proceed.

02
Architect
Days 4–7

Connectors mapped to your tools. Voice tuned on your own writing. Hardware provisioned. Workflows drafted against your real calendar. Version one runs on day 7.

03
Deploy
Days 8–14

Live on your inbox, CRM, calendar, and dedicated hardware. Daily refinement against real work. We tune until the system disappears into your morning.

04
Partner
3 Months

Hands-on consulting partnership. Weekly tuning calls. Edit-the-prompts training. By month three you run it yourself. I exit. You own the keys.

How This Works

Three commitments.
One outcome.

No subscription. No platform. No "seat" trap. A real engagement — onboarding, a partnership, and ownership at the end of it.

01 / The Build

I build it
around your business.

One-time onboarding. 14 days from kickoff to live system. Custom architecture, your voice, your workflows. Built once, against your real work — not a template you bend to fit.

02 / The Partnership

I tune it
for 3 months.

Hands-on consulting commitment after the build. Weekly tuning calls. Real refinements against real outputs. By month three, you run it without me.

03 / The Ownership

You own it
forever.

The system runs on dedicated hardware in your office — typically a Mac mini, spec'd to your needs. Your data never leaves your walls. No SaaS subscription. No lock-in. Unplug it whenever you want.

— On Investment —
The number is the only thing not on this page. By design. Every operator's build scope is different — hardware spec, integration depth, voice complexity. We quote it on the diagnostic call after we see what you actually need. Tire-kickers stop here. Real operators book the call.
— The Easy-Exit Guarantee —

If the system doesn't return 30+ hours a month inside 60 days, I keep working until it does — at my cost.

I give my listing clients an easy-exit agreement — if I'm not delivering, they walk. Same standard here. I don't take builds I can't deliver on. That's why the diagnostic exists. I've turned away more builds than I've taken. The ones I accept get a system that compounds — or I keep refining until it does.

Before You Ask

The questions sophisticated
buyers always ask.

Is this really for non-realtors? The case study is RE.
The case study is RE because I'm an RE operator and I built it for myself first. The base system is industry-agnostic — voice trained on your writing, inbox triaged by your rules, calendar coordinated to your day, follow-up sequences in your tone. What changes between a CEO build and a home inspector build is which workflows we wire up. The bones are the same.
Where does my data live?
In your office. The system runs on dedicated hardware — typically a Mac mini, spec'd during the build. Your client list, your inbox content, your CRM exports — none of it sits on someone else's servers. You can unplug it.
Why isn't this a subscription?
Because rental software forgets you. The reason your last three "AI tools" failed is they were built for everyone — which means built for no one. I build a system around your exact business and hand you the keys. Own it like you own your laptop.
What about the underlying AI models — what if they change?
The architecture is model-agnostic. The 3-month partnership covers the first wave of updates. After that, optional system audits are available — but most operators run their build untouched for 9–12 months.
Why only 10 builds a month?
Because the build is hands-on. Two working sessions, daily refinement during deploy, real engineering against your real workflow. I've tested more. Quality slips. The cap holds.
What does it cost?
Quoted on the diagnostic call. The build scope is custom — hardware spec, integration depth, voice complexity. I won't post a number that's wrong for half the people who read it. The call is free. The Build Spec you leave with is yours, whether or not we proceed.
What if I'm not technical?
Good. The system is designed to be edited in plain English. If you can write a text message, you can tune your operator. The 3-month partnership exists for exactly this — you learn it by working it.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
The diagnostic is where we find out. If I don't think your business clears the bar — wrong stage, wrong stack, wrong fit — I tell you on day one. Same easy-exit standard I give my listing clients.
